I made a call to Wodonga Jewellers about my daughters chain that had broken. The lady I talked to on the phone was really nice and suggested I call in so she could take a look. I went in to the shop and both the lady and man were so helpful. They were able to assist me. Nothing was to much for them. They were both amazing and helpful. Also the price was much less than I expected.

Dropped in today to get my silver bracelet fixed other places in Albury told me it had to be sent away at a cost. The lovely lady in the store fixed it in 5 minutes free of charge. So I thought I'd leave a review for the great service. I will be back to make a purchase.

Fantastic customer service and products! We are so glad we chose Wodonga Jewellers to make my custom teal sapphire engagement ring. From my vague description of what I wanted and photos of ring styles I liked Teresa was able to bring my vision to life! The price and turnaround time were both very reasonable. We're looking forward to seeing them again soon to pick wedding bands. Teresa couldn't have been more helpful!
